Mathias Desmarres

Mathias Desmarres is distinguished by his original approach and shifted topics. His documentary, "Les mots de Madame Jacquot" (2006), which speaks about the Alzheimer's disease has won many prizes.
In 2009, he directed a documentary about a priest who became a monk in Marseille called "Loin de Rome". The following year, he worked on the documentary series "Kongo" and wrote an historical film about the Burundi.
Then his film, "Le costume en partage" won the prize of Best Documentary at Media 10/10 and was selected at Short Film Festival of Clermont Ferrand.
